Monroe County Fall Festival 90 plus years in the making!

A strong community starts with providing a fun place to live and raise a family. The fall festival helps to provide an atmosphere to build friendships and family interactions. Please consider sponsoring the 2026 Monroe County Fall Festival! Sponsorships need to be paid by August 28th.

Since 1935 the Monroe County Fall Festival has been bringing together friends and neighbors in our community. The very first theme was “ Hi Neighbor “ and we still hold true to those roots! As a nonprofit entity the Monroe County Fall Festival Association is a group of volunteers that want to make Monroe County a better place. This year’s Queen will be crowned at Edgewood High school Auditorium on September 4th.

At this community event we have Live music, local performances, on two stages, 14 food trucks, Upland Brewing, Butler Winery, Beer Stein Holding contest, Pizza Eating Contest, Baby contest, kids pedal and tractor pull.

Our Commercial tent and hand made/homemade vendors market connects friends and neighbors with the community. Our children have a blast at the festival with games, and bounce houses.

On Saturday morning at 10am our parade starts at Edgewood High School, the parade route heads east bound down 46 through the heart of Ellettsville. Join us September 10th-12th as a community with fun, food, and something for everyone at the 2026 Monroe County Fall Festival!
