Event Details

Join us as Monroe County, the City of Bloomington, and Town of Ellettsville discuss recent local changes in Stormwater Ordinances (Title 13), following a shift in state regulations.
These changes will affect properties, building, and development across the community. This event aims to help attendees understand the basic changes, how each jurisdiction compares, and where to go for project-specific questions.
When: Wednesday, July 17 at 1-4 pm  1-3 pm presentation and audience Q&A 3-4 pm networking and breakouts for additional conversation 
Where: Monroe Convention Center  
Who should attend: anyone that needs to understand how property development will be affected by the updated ordinance – realtors, developers, builders, engineers, and others that plan to build on land across Monroe County.
