The Town of Ellettsville received a grant for $226,350 from the Regional Economic Acceleration & Development Initiative (“READI”) to construct the Ellettsville Heritage Center (using the existing footprint of the barn) at Stewart Park. The project also includes a parking lot and a retaining wall. The Ellettsville Heritage Center will be for the use of the community as a gathering space, music venue and artistic enrichment. The Heritage Trail will cross the north side of Stewart Park.

Anticipated completion date for the Ellettsville Heritage Center project is December 2024.
