Conyer on earning two professional designations: Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM) and Indiana Accredited Municipal Clerk (IAMC).These designations reflect Noelle’s continued commitment to responsible stewardship, transparent government, and effective service to Ellettsville residents.The CPFIM certification focuses on public funds investment practices, including internal controls, portfolio risk management, safety, liquidity, cash-flow forecasting, and investment strategy.
