Award recipients will be selected by the Awards Committee of the Greater Ellettsville Area Chamber of Commerce and honored at the Chamber's Annual Awards Program on Thursday, October 22.

Congratulations to Town of Ellettsville Clerk-Treasurer Noelle M. Conyer on earning two professional designations: Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM) and Indiana Accredited Municipal Clerk (IAMC).These designations reflect Noelle’s continued commitment to responsible stewardship, transparent government, and effective service to Ellettsville residents.The CPFIM certification focuses on public funds investment practices, including internal controls, portfolio risk management, safety, liquidity, cash-flow forecasting, and investment strategy.
The IAMC designation recognizes ongoing professional development in municipal finance, reporting, payroll administration, budgeting, public records management, and service to residents.
“These designations are part of my commitment to continue learning and apply
that knowledge in service to the Town of Ellettsville,” Conyer said. “The Clerk-Treasurer’s Office is entrusted with public funds and public records. I want our office to remain transparent, accountable, and guided by best practices that serve our residents.”
