Proposals due by August 6, 2025

The Bloomington Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Information Technology (IT) management services. The selected provider will support BEDC’s mission by ensuring a secure, efficient, and scalable technology infrastructure that enables staff to focus on economic development efforts across Monroe County.

BEDC’s IT needs range from day-to-day operational support to strategic planning and cybersecurity. The scope of work encompasses infrastructure management, administration of Google or Microsoft Workspace tools, helpdesk support, IT policy development, vendor coordination, and additional services. The organization is seeking a proactive partner who will recommend and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and safeguard sensitive information. (View the RFP)

Proposal Requirements and Evaluation

Proposals should include company background, relevant experience, cybersecurity protocols, support structure, pricing, and references from comparable organizations. BEDC will evaluate submissions based on expertise, proposed solutions, cost-effectiveness, and commitment to customer service.
