Flower Baskets are up in Downtown Ellettsville
|

The flower baskets donated by Ellettsville Main Street Inc.were installed on the lamp posts on Sale Street in downtown Ellettsville by the Street Department last Monday. The baskets have been butifying Ellettsville since 2016.

The turtle on the Heritage Trail needed a new paint job. Thurman Body Shop donated the paint and materials and their airbrush artist Jessica Meadows painted the statue to look like a box turtle which is a turtle commonly seen in Indiana.

The Town of Ellettsville’s first Food Truck Wednesday on May 10th was a great success. There were steady lines for the food trucks and diners were entertained with music by Uncle Biscuit while they waited.
|
Food Truck wednesday will run weekly until September 27th in downtown Ellettsville on North Sale Street from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.
There will not be a Food Truck Wednesday on September 20th due to the Monroe County Fall Festival that week.

Parking is available in the municipal parking lots on Vine Street and on Main Street across from the N. Sale Street and Main Street intersection.

Envision Ellettsville will host a public meeting at Ellettsville Town Hall 1150 W. Guy McCown Dr. Ellettsville on May 16 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

This meeting will be open to the public and will include a presentation that provides an update to the community on what the task force groups have been doing over the last 3 months followed by time for input and questions.
