Plan for Reorganization of the Town of Ellettsville and Richland Township
|
|
|
|
Members of the Town of Ellettsville Town Council and members of the Richland Township Board have come together to discuss the reorganization of both entities into a greater area of governance. By declaration of this new board subcommittees have been identified. Membership on these subcommittees will consist of citizens of both town and township. The subcommittees are:

· Finance and Public Assistance
|
|
· Parks, Recreation, Cemeteries, and History/Archives
|
|
· Water, Sewer, Storm water, and Wastewater
|
|
Anyone wishing to be a part of this process by working on a committee may contact

Mike Farmer, Ellettsville Town Manager, by calling 812-876-2297 or email or apply at questions@ellettsville.in.gov. Meetings of the board will take place at Town Hall at 6:00 p.m. on alternate Wednesdays beginning Jan. 21. The public is encouraged to attend. Subcommittees will have their own meeting times to be announced.
