We were honored to have Indiana State Treasurer Daniel Elliott join us for a conversation about his role and responsibilities. Chamber board member Tyce Carmichael of Weddle Bros Construction led the discussion, covering key topics about how the Treasurer's office impacts our state and community.

As Indiana's Chief Investment Officer, the State Treasurer oversees the management of public funds, investments, and college savings programs while also financing local infrastructure projects and supporting economic development initiatives. Treasurer Elliott is also the only State Treasurer in the U.S. in charge of the 911 system. Learning more about how state government works and affects Ellettsville was a fantastic opportunity.
